Every portrait is created with care, using only a small amount of ashes. All materials are handled with respect at every stage, and any remaining ashes are safely returned to you. If you have any questions or would prefer to speak before submitting your request, you’re very welcome to get in touch.
All ashes and completed portraits are sent using Royal Mail 24 hour tracked delivery, ensuring they are handled securely and arrive safely. Each package is prepared with care and discretion at every stage. You will be kept informed throughout, with tracking provided so you always know where everything is.
